Black Box Honey

Deep amber in colour and wonderfully rich in character, our Black Box Honey offers a luscious natural sweetness with distinctive caramel notes.

Produced from nectar gathered from flowering Black Box trees and finished amongst River Red Gums, this is a beautifully expressive Australian bush honey. Its smooth texture and robust flavour make it equally delicious drizzled over breakfast, paired with cheese or used to add a glossy sweetness to marinades and glazes.

A special honey for those who enjoy something darker, richer and a little more distinctive than an everyday table honey.
