Made with premium Black Perigord Truffles sourced from the Manjimup region of Western Australia, this black truffle is the perfect way to experience gourmet luxury at home.

Simply melt some butter or EVOO in a pan and add the contents of the jar. Mix gently to coat the rice grains and then stir over medium heat whilst adding ladles of a good quality chicken or vegetable stock ( approx. 1.5 lt in total).

Delicious served on its own, or garnished with shavings of fresh parmesan and a drizzle of truffle oil to finish.

Use any leftover rice mixture to create wonderfully aromatic croquettes or arancini coated in panko crumbs.
