Drinking the Tea:Hold the cup mindfully: As you lift the cup to your lips, feel the warmth of the cup against your hands. Take a moment to appreciate this simple pleasure.
Savor the aroma: Before sipping, inhale deeply and savor the aroma of the tea. It’s a moment to connect with the herbs and their properties, allowing the scent to guide your senses.
Take a slow sip: Sip the tea slowly, letting the warmth spread across your mouth. Be fully aware of the taste—the herbal flavors, the subtle notes, and how it feels to drink it. Each sip is an invitation to reconnect with your body and senses.
Notice the effects: After drinking, pay attention to how the tea makes you feel—whether it’s relaxing, invigorating, or soothing. Notice any changes in your body or state of mind, and let these observations deepen your sense of mindfulness.
