A wonderfully tart and rich jam made from the Davidson Rainforest Plum This tangy, tart & rich jam is for those who are looking for a little kick in the morning. Definitely not sweet, the experience starts with the wonderful dark burgundy/crimson/purple colour and once tasted a delicious tang travels from the tip of your tongue to the back of your palate, followed by a development of the flavour and then another tingle comes from the back of your palate to the front! Wonderful on ice-cream or swirl through a plain yogurt.
