Garlicious Grown is Australia’s largest producer of Black Garlic – an oxidised preparation of garlic using controlled temperature and humidity to produce tarry black cloves with umami flavours of sweet molasses. Carol has known the lovely Cathy and Jenny since her days at Harris Farm and Garlicious Grown was one of the first producers she approached when she was thinking of purchasing Mrs Oldbucks Pantry and has loved watching them grow and blossom into the international business they are now.
