Grey Ironbark Honey

Ironbark honey is  produced predominantly from the nectar of various species of ironbark trees, which are native to Australia. This honey is sourced from the Coolomon Shire. The name "ironbark" refers to the tough, deeply furrowed bark of these trees. Ironbark honey is prized for its distinctively strong and bold flavor, often described as rich, robust, and slightly woody, with undertones of caramel and molasses. It has a thick, viscous consistency and a mid amber colour.
