Banana Rum Butter
Rich, smooth and gently indulgent, our Mrs Oldbucks Pantry Banana Rum Butter is a luxurious fruit preserve with warm depth and a velvety texture. Made with ripe banana, eggs, butter and a delicate splash of rum, this golden butter offers a soft caramel warmth balanced by natural fruit sweetness. The rum adds a subtle, rounded finish rather than overt alcohol notes, creating a beautifully layered flavour. Spoon over warm toast or brioche, serve with scones, swirl through yoghurt, or use as a decadent filling for sponge cakes and pastries. Elegant yet comforting, this is a pantry favourite with a refined twist.
