Our blenders have used alkaline based herbal flowers in this quite exotic blend with hints of lemon and delicate fruity taste.

Mindfulness in preparing and drinking herbal tea involves being fully present in the moment and engaging all of your senses. It’s about slowing down and paying attention to each step, turning the routine task of making tea into a meditative experience.

Preparation:

Set your intention: Before you even begin, take a moment to pause and set an intention for the experience. You could simply decide to be present or focus on relaxation, self-care, or healing.
Gather your materials slowly: As you gather your cup, herbs, and water, notice the textures, colors, and smells. Pay attention to the sensations of your hands as you handle the materials.
Boil the water: Listen to the sound of the water heating up, and observe the way the steam rises from the kettle. Feel the warmth of the container as you prepare to pour the water.
Brew the tea: As you pour the hot water over the herbs, notice how the water changes color, how the aroma begins to fill the air, and the way the steam rises. Let your mind focus on these small details rather than rushing ahead.
Drinking the Tea:

Hold the cup mindfully: As you lift the cup to your lips, feel the warmth of the cup against your hands. Take a moment to appreciate this simple pleasure.
Savor the aroma: Before sipping, inhale deeply and savor the aroma of the tea. It’s a moment to connect with the herbs and their properties, allowing the scent to guide your senses.
Take a slow sip: Sip the tea slowly, letting the warmth spread across your mouth. Be fully aware of the taste—the herbal flavors, the subtle notes, and how it feels to drink it. Each sip is an invitation to reconnect with your body and senses.
Notice the effects: After drinking, pay attention to how the tea makes you feel—whether it’s relaxing, invigorating, or soothing. Notice any changes in your body or state of mind, and let these observations deepen your sense of mindfulness.
By focusing on each step with full awareness, preparing and drinking herbal tea becomes not just a habit but a form of self-care, a simple yet powerful way to practice mindfulness.
