These delightful golden, roasted coconut Toasted Mallows will have you reliving childhood memories!

I asked our beautiful artisan producer how they made these pillows of deliciousness and this is their description!

First we mix and cook quality ingredients together, then we whip this to create light and airy marshmallow. Pour this vanilla goodness into a tray and leave to set. Once set we cut the marshmallow into cubes and dust with golden house-roasted coconut.

They make it sound so simple but I think they forgot one thing – it is all made with Love!
