Handmade Peanut Brittle
Quality roasted peanuts are mixed with sugar to create a sticky caramelised toffee mixture in a big copper pot. This liquid gold is then mixed and spread out onto a tray by hand. Once cool they are roller cut into bars and pack ready for you to bite into these pieces of nutty deliciousness!
