Brewing Guide:

1 teaspoon (approx. 2–3g) per cup (250ml)

Freshly boiled water – 95–100°C

3–5 minutes, depending on preferred strength

Enjoy black for a sweet spiced cup, or brew strong and add warm milk for a creamy sticky chai — gently indulgent and made for slow sipping.

Traditional Stovetop Sticky Chai Method

For a richer, café-style chai:

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of chai per cup to a small saucepan.

  2. Pour in half water, half milk (or dairy-free alternative).

  3. Bring gently to a simmer (avoid a rolling boil).

  4. Simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Strain into your cup and sweeten if desired.

This method creates a deeper, creamier sticky chai with beautifully rounded spice and sweetness — perfect for cosy moments.
