Brewing Guide:

Standard Tea Method

1 teaspoon (approx. 2–3g) per cup (250ml)

Freshly boiled water – 95–100°C

4–6 minutes for full spice flavour

Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy black for a spiced infusion, or add warm milk for a creamy chai-style cup. Sweeten lightly with honey or sugar if desired.

Traditional Chai Method (Stovetop)

For a richer, café-style chai:

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of tea per cup to a saucepan.

  2. Pour in half water, half milk (or dairy-free alternative).

  3. Bring gently to a simmer (do not boil hard).

  4. Simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Strain into your cup and sweeten to taste.

This method creates a deeper, creamier chai with beautifully rounded spice notes — perfect for cosy evenings.
