Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce

Butter Chicken is a classic Indian dish with rich aromatic flavours without heat making it a great dish for the whole family.

Ingredients: Tomato, onions, garlic, ginger, tamarind, almond, ghee, salt, sugar, spice. CONTAINS NUTS & DAIRY. May contain traces of gluten.

Cooking Instructions: Heat oil and brown chicken. Add 1 jar of Mrs Oldbucks Pantry Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup of cream and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

For a low-fat option replace the cream with yogurt or light carnation milk.
