Redcurrant Jelly
$10.50Add to cartSmooth, glossy and beautifully tart, Mrs Oldbucks Redcurrant Jelly balances bright berry flavour with just the right touch of sweetness. A traditional preserve with remarkable versatility, it is as welcome on the breakfast table as it is beside a roast dinner or well-appointed cheese board.
Serve it straight from the jar, melt it into pan juices for a rich sauce or use it to add a jewel-like finish to glazes, pastries and desserts. Its gentle sharpness is particularly lovely with rich meats and creamy cheeses.
Ingredients:
sugar, red currant 45%, citric acid, pectin.
