Honey Ginger Jam
$12.00Add to cartGolden, fragrant and gently warming, Mrs Oldbucks Pantry Honey Ginger Jam is a beautifully distinctive addition to the pantry.
The mellow sweetness of honey is lifted by the bright, warming character of ginger, creating a balanced preserve that works wonderfully in both sweet and savoury dishes. Spread it over warm toast, crumpets or croissants, spoon it onto scones, or swirl it through porridge and yoghurt.
It is equally delicious paired with creamy or sharp cheeses, used in cakes and pastries, or warmed gently as a glaze for chicken, pork, ham or roasted vegetables. A versatile favourite for breakfast, baking, entertaining and gifting.
On a crumpet, it is to die for! The honey seeps into the holes and the ginger sits on top! Yum Yum Yum!
