Tomato Relish

There are some things that simply don't need reinventing, and a good Tomato Relish is one of them. Our traditional Tomato Relish is rich, sweet and tangy, with that familiar old-fashioned flavour that makes it such a versatile pantry staple. Generously spoon it onto burgers and sausages, serve it alongside cold meats or add it to sandwiches, rolls and toasties. It's equally at home at the breakfast table with bacon and eggs, beside a meat pie for lunch or as part of a relaxed grazing platter with cheese and crusty bread. And, of course, no good Aussie barbecue should be without a jar. Simple, traditional and delicious, the sort of relish that never lasts quite as long in the fridge as you think it will.
