What you’ll need
- 1 bottle of Sparkling Wine ( we recommend Peppergreen Estate)
- 1 botlle sparkling water – soda water or mineral water
- 40ml Bacanha Yuzu Flavoured Syrup
- Peninsula Larder Yuzu Flavour Pearls
To do
Simply add a generous spoonful of Yuzu Flavour Pearls into each glass , Add a dash of Bacanha Yuzu Flavoured Syrup. Add your Peppergreen Sparkling and then top up with sparkling water. Done!
