Our apiarists face many challenges from nature and weather and hives get moved around. This amazing smooth flavoured amber honey is a blend of rare almond , banksia and messmate ( a type of stringybark). Perfect for tea , toast or a spoonful when you have that tickle in your throat.  We love the blends that nature and our amazing bees can create.

Pure natural honey can sometimes crystallise due to the fructose in the flora. To reverse the crystallisation, simply place the jar in a hot water bath.
