Brewing Guide:

Freshly boiled water – 95–100°C

Traditional Stovetop Chai Method

For a richer, café-style chai:

1. Add 1 teaspoon of tea per cup to a small saucepan.

2. Pour in half water, half milk (or dairy-free alternative).

3. Bring gently to a simmer (avoid a rolling boil).

4. Simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Strain into your cup and sweeten to taste.
