The Second edition of the wonderful Berrima Public School "The Highland Table" Cookbook Bringing together 70 heartfelt recipes from the school kitchen, local families and the wider Southern Highlands community, this self-published collection is as meaningful as it is practical — filled with dishes made to be shared, remembered and enjoyed. Featuring a special foreword by Stephanie Alexander, the book reflects a deep love of good food, connection and learning. We’re especially proud to be included, with our own Prawn Chilli Pasta nestled amongst the pages.
