To produce this premium range of Christmas Puddings, the Valley Produce Co. sources its matured brandy from the Barossa Valley and fresh free range eggs from the Hunter Valley which are two of Australia’s most prestigious food and wine regions.

Each pudding is crafted individually by hand using the traditional boiled-in-the-cloth method in old fashioned gas fired “coppers” before being hung on the line to naturally dry, age and mature.

This traditional cloth cooking method we believe produces the moistest tasting pudding.
