Yuzu Flavour Pearls offer an intense zingy citrus burst (lemon, mandarin and grapefruit notes). With a lovely opaque pale golden colour they will give a lift to many dishes, seafood, salads, sweets.

What you’ll need

  • 1 bottle of Sparkling  Wine ( we recommend Peppergreen Estate)
  • 1 botlle sparkling water – soda water or mineral water
  • 40ml Bacanha Yuzu Flavoured Syrup
  • Peninsula Larder Yuzu Flavour Pearls

To do

Simply add a generous spoonful of Yuzu Flavour Pearls into each glass , Add a dash of Bacanha Yuzu Flavoured Syrup. Add your Peppergreen Sparkling and  then top up with sparkling water. Done!
