Brewing Guide (Traditional Preparation)

For a classic bowl of matcha:

• Sift ½–1 teaspoon (1–2g) matcha into a bowl
• Add 70–80°C water (not boiling)
• Pour approximately 60–80ml water
• Whisk briskly in a “W” motion until lightly frothy
• Enjoy immediately

For a Matcha Latte:

• Whisk ½–1 teaspoon matcha with a small amount of hot water
• Top with steamed milk of choice
• Sweeten if desired
