Japan Genmaicha

Genmaich,  is the Japanese name for green tea combined with roasted brown rice. It may also be referred to as "popcorn tea" because occasionally, a few grains of the rice pop during the roasting process and resemble popcorn. Genmaicha is normally the first choice of tea when eating sushi!
