Christmas Jam

Created by our friends at Peninsula Larder on Victoria’s beautiful Mornington Peninsula, this gourmet Beetroot & Oregano Risotto is a simple way to create a restaurant-quality meal at home.

The earthy sweetness of beetroot is beautifully balanced with fragrant oregano and creamy Arborio rice, creating a rich, colourful risotto that’s as impressive to serve as it is easy to prepare. Perfect as a satisfying vegetarian meal or as an elegant accompaniment to roasted meats.
