Thistle Honey
$14.00Add to cartOur Thistle Honey is a beautifully distinctive honey with a rich sweetness and lovely floral character.
This honey has a deeper, more aromatic flavour than many lighter honeys, with gentle floral notes and a smooth sweetness that lingers beautifully on the palate.
Drizzle it generously over warm buttered toast, porridge or yoghurt, pair it with a good cheese, or use it to bring natural sweetness to marinades, dressings and baking.
And, of course, it’s particularly lovely stirred into a favourite cup of Mrs Oldbucks tea.
Definitely a honey for those who enjoy discovering how wonderfully different honey can taste depending on where the bees have been.
